Why GuanJing Feels Different
At its core, GuanJing is the art of moving energy. We spiral, breathe, and flow in a combination of Qi Gong, Yoga, and Dance. It’s rooted in the wisdom of Chinese Medicine and blended with modern somatic awareness - but really, it’s about helping you feel good in your body again. Stronger where you need it, softer where you’ve been holding too much.
That’s the magic we practice here. Once you feel it, you get it. And once you get it, you’ll want to come back for more.
With over 20 years in the movement and wellness field, Ting Ting created the GuanJing Method to merge the wisdom of Chinese medicine, the artistry of dance, and the science of nervous system regulation. Her teachings have reached thousands of students worldwide through retreats, trainings, and her bestselling book — each practice carrying her signature blend of grace, power, and healing.

This is my favorite question. :) Everyone has the power to shift their energy and empower their lives through movement. We are made up of life force energy itself. If you are struggling with discipline, lacking motivation, or feeling stuck, odds are I can show you an example of a client like you we’ve helped. If you need more guidance, please contact Ting Ting directly and we can see how to assist deeper for you!

Interesting question. The origins of this movement form have been channeled by me- when I was in an incredibly low moment in my life. The movements came through as if it was a divine gift and I was simply the vessel that received its message. The breath has a yogic essence that has been backed by science proven to reset the nervous system. The movements are intrinsically moving Qi energy- while the structure is not traditional Qi Gong practice. The flow of how the energy moves is a dance with your energy system. The breath is the lead dance partner and the movements carry the energy. Many students do refer to GuanJing as “the best of Yoga, Qi, Gong and Dance” It is all of it and none of it at the same time.

I always suggest starting with Enter the Qi or the Art of Breath.
From there you can expand out to the other classes.
If you already have the book, you can also reinforce your knowledge with the book practices.
FAQs
👋 I’m Ting Ting
the founder of GuanJing Method
In 2019, after years of teaching successful retreats and trainings in Bali, I moved to LA… and nothing landed. My classes were empty, my savings drained, and I fell into a deep depression. The practices that once gave me peace felt hollow, and my body carried tension I couldn’t explain.
One day I closed my eyes, and something unexpected happened: my body began to spiral and sway. I followed it, breath by breath, and felt relief for the first time in months. I kept moving at the beach and in the park and people began to gather. They asked, “What are you doing, and how can I learn?”
That’s when I knew this was something sacred. GuanJing was born as a way to process grief and tension, to return home to the body through breath, spiraling shapes, and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Today, this practice has reached thousands worldwide through retreats, trainings, and my bestselling book.
