Easeful Energy, Joy & Prosperity
Year of the Goat
Welcome to the journey of sacred rituals I’ve cultivated over the years. It’s a special opportunity to reconnect with the creative, nourishing spark already living within you.
As we step into the Year of the Fire Goat, guided by the harmonizing Qi of Universal Year 2, I invite you into this initiation to align with easeful energy, joy, and prosperity.
Kicking off on the Lunar New Year, we’ll meet every Saturday in February to move through a series of intentional rituals that help you let go of what’s heavy, rekindle your inner fire, and feel nourished enough to keep climbing at a pace that actually feels good.
Each ritual is there to help you feel more at home in your body, clearer about your direction, and supported in enjoying what you’re building.
Together, we’ll lay a nourishing foundation for a year of steady growth, pleasure, and lasting abundance.
The Energetics of 2027
In the Chinese Zodiac, each year is shaped by an animal sign and one of the five elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. Together, they influence how energy moves through our bodies and how we meet the year ahead.
2026 · Yang Fire Horse · Universal Year 1
Bright, fast, and outward, like the blazing sun. A fresh start.
2027 · Yin Fire Goat · Universal Year 2
Warm, steady, and inward, like a candle flame or the glow of the hearth. A year to tend what you’ve started, deepen connection, and grow at a natural pace.
The Goat brings creativity, gentleness, and a love of beauty and community. When this energy isn’t supported, it can turn into worry, overthinking, or waiting for someone else to choose for you. When it’s nourished, it becomes ease, expression, and steady self-trust.
Moving With the Fire Goat
This ritual uses breath, rhythm, and playful movement to keep your inner fire warm without burning it out. Together, we’ll focus on:
Nourishing the Heart and Spleen, which support joy, connection, and feeling truly fed
Building your foundation through the hips, legs, and spine, with spirals and balance work that help you stay steady when life gets bumpy
Letting abundance grow the way a green pasture does, through tending, rest, and plenty of sunshine
When your body is nourished, your heart is open, and your pace is sustainable, prosperity can take root. This ritual supports you in shedding what’s heavy, rekindling your creative fire, and climbing toward what you want with joy and sure footing.

Session Schedule
-
Release, relief, and room to breathe
This ritual helps you let go of the expectations, exhausting habits, and old stories you’re ready to outgrow, so you can start the year feeling lighter.
Through breathwork, somatic exhales, and Qi activation, we move stuck tension and heavy emotion out of the body. These practices help your nervous system shift out of holding mode, so your breath deepens and your body can finally relax.
This ritual sets the tone for the Fire Goat year: lighter, clearer, and free to move forward with less to carry.
-
Confidence, creativity, and rekindled desire
This ritual helps you reconnect with your creative fire and the desires that may have been buried under the demands of everyday life.
We carry forward last year’s Fire energy through grounded hip spirals, leg spirals, neck spirals, and horn spirals. These movements build warmth in the pelvis and lower body and release tension along the spine, so your energy can circulate freely again. Balancing movements help you build steadiness and trust in your body.
You’ll leave feeling warmer, more inspired, and clearer on what you want to create this year.
-
Pleasure, rest, and receiving support
This ritual helps you slow down and receive pleasure, rest, connection, and the support that helps your dreams grow. Even the boldest mountain goat pauses to nourish itself, and you deserve the same.
Through lying-down self-massage, long stretches, big yawns, hair shakes, and playful kicks, we release tension and calm the nervous system. These simple, child-like movements signal safety to your body and help you shift out of doing mode and into rest, where real nourishment can happen.
You’ll explore how to bring more pleasure and nourishment into your day-to-day life. You’ll leave feeling softer, more rested, and deeply fed, with the energy to keep going.
-
Courage, commitment, and joyful momentum
This ritual helps you bring your renewed energy into clear, purposeful action for the year ahead.
Building on the past three weeks, we move bigger with leaps, jumping kicks, large spirals, longer stretches, and plenty of laughter. These movements build strength and balance in the legs, open the chest, and get your energy moving upward and outward, so confidence feels natural in your body. Each practice becomes a commitment to the life you’re creating.
To close, you’ll look five years ahead and get clear on where you’re headed. You’ll leave grounded, joyful, and ready to keep climbing at your own pace.

Comfortable clothes, a mat or soft surface, some space to move and lie down, and a journal and pen. Each ritual includes a short reflection, and in The Shedding you’ll be burying what you release in the Earth, so a little patch of soil or a plant pot is a lovely touch.
-
Every movement can be adapted. Leaps can become steps, kicks can become gentle extensions, and floor work can be done seated. Listen to your body and move in a way that feels good. That’s the whole point this year.

Your Instructor
My name is Ting Ting, and I’ve spent over two decades in the wellness industry, helping people move better, breathe better, and feel better in their bodies.
That work led me to create the GuanJing Method, an easy-to-learn meditative movement practice that blends Yoga, Qi Gong, and Dance. Its spiraling, circular movements cultivate Qi and turn tension and heavy emotions into renewed vitality. My book, GuanJing Method: Meditative Movements to Optimize Health and Vitality, is a bestseller.
Every day, I try to live in full flow with life, not take it too seriously, and dance with the elements that come my way.
I’d be honored to flow with you.
Begin the Year of the Fire Goat with me on February 6, and give yourself a nourishing foundation for a year that actually feels good.
