It was once part of a medieval leper hospital, reinforcing its legacy of compassion and care.

Founder of GuanJing Method
My name is Ting Ting and I have been in the movement and wellness industry for over two decades.
My passion is sharing the techniques and knowledge learned through the years to help others move better, breathe better, and feel better. I love to help people rediscover a new respect for their bodies, gain confidence, and empower their spirit.
This passion led me to develop a new movement technique, the GuanJing Method. An easy-to-learn meditative movement practice that cultivates Qi energy using spiraling circular shapes. The movements are designed to transform tension and heavy emotions into renewed vitality, leaving the practitioner feeling refreshed and at peace.
My dedication to this practice is globally recognized as a pioneer in the movement industry, merging elements of Yoga, Qi Gong, and Dance. My latest book, "Meditative Movements to Optimize Health and Vitality," hit the bestseller list on Christmas Eve last year.
Every day, I strive to embody my practice and live in full flow with the current of life. To not take life so seriously and dance with the elements that come my way.

Glastonbury’s mystical landscape has shifting weather, so it’s best to be prepared for a variety of conditions. Here’s a list to ensure your comfort and ease during the retreat:
Comfortable walking shoes
Layers – light clothing for warm days, a warm jacket for cool evenings
A rainproof jacket or umbrella (UK weather can be unpredictable)
A shawl or scarf for meditation and ceremonies
A journal & pen for reflections and insights
A refillable water bottle
Any personal ritual items (crystals, tarot/oracle cards, etc.)
A bathing suit (for those extending to Bath & Avebury to enjoy the hot springs)

Deposits are non-refundable and full payments are non-refundable within two (2) months of the retreat start date. If you need to cancel, you can transfer your deposit or full payment to another participant.
Emergencies, illness, and personal situations can happen, which is why we suggest booking with travel insurance.

No prior experience is necessary! Come as a newbie to learn or a seasoned GuanJing Flow artist to practice.

We will be visiting several sacred sites, which will involve moderate walking and some uphill climbs (such as at Glastonbury Tor).
However, there will always be space to move at your own pace, and accommodations will be made for those who may need extra support.

June in Glastonbury is mild and beautiful, with temperatures ranging between 55-75°F (13-24°C). However, rain is always a possibility in the UK, so it’s best to bring a rain jacket or umbrella just in case.

Yes! While we will have a rich itinerary, there will be personal integration time to reflect, explore the town, or simply rest and soak in the energy of Avalon.

Absolutely! We have an optional 3-day extension to Bath & Avebury, where you can experience the ancient Roman healing baths and explore another mystical stone circle. If you’re interested in extending, please let us know upon booking.
