An in-person, accelerated workshop to Master Your Movement, awaken your inner alchemist, and learn to flow with the art of Silk Fans
MYM x SILKS
October 23 - 25 | Sacramento, CA
You’ve been asking for this…
GuanJing has been practiced in your homes and at sacred sites via retreats around the world for years… and now, for the first time, we’re gathering together in the US for a unique in-person weekend workshop.
There is something that happens when you practice in a room full of people working toward the same thing. The energy is connected, the learning lands deeper, and the internal shifts are shared. And right now, more than ever, people are craving real connection in a room where you can feel the person next to you breathing, moving, and showing up just like you are.
MYM x SILKS brings together the foundational movement work of my online programs - Master Your Movement and the art of silk fans into three days of hands-on experience in Sacramento. You will leave with a body that moves differently, tools you can return to on your own, and a community of people who will remind you what's possible.
✨ The most powerful transformations happen in community
Space is limited, so don't wait. ✨
Master Your Movement
Master Your Movement is the foundational program of the GuanJing Method. Through spiraling, circular movement sequences, breathwork, and Qi cultivation, you will learn how to work with your body's energy. This will give you everything you need to build a movement practice that feels genuinely good to come back to.
In 3-days, we enjoy the core of what MYM teaches:
How to use breath as a tool to calm the mind and open the body
Foundational GuanJing movement sequences, floor and standing basic forms
How to identify and release tension in the body
Nervous system regulation through intentional movement
The basics of Qi cultivation and energy awareness
SILKS: art of fans
Silk fans act as a beautiful an extension of your body's energy. The SILKS program teaches you to move with fans using the same spiraling, circular principles of the GuanJing Method, so that every open, transition, and flow becomes a way of expressing and directing your inner energy outward.
In this weekend, you will learn:
How to hold, open, and close the fans with intention
Technical drills to build confidence and fluency
GuanJing flow sequences incorporating the fans
How to move intuitively and expressively with the fans, bringing breath, body, and silk together
There is no other place you can experience both of these together — in person, with me.
You're drawn to movement that goes deeper than a workout, something that helps you process and release tension you’ve been carrying in your body.
You want to feel free in your body… to feel fluid, expressive, and fully yourself.
The idea of moving with silk fans lights something up in you.
You're craving a space where feminine expression is celebrated and your intuition is used to guide your movement.
And you're ready to experience all of this in person, with me, surrounded by people who showed up for the same reasons you did.
This weekend was made for you if...

“I feel so much stronger. Blockages in my body that had been stuck for years are finally starting to melt away. This practice has moved me out of my head and into my body, giving me a sense of vitality I haven’t felt before.” — Alexandra

“This practice has brought so many unsolved emotions to the surface that I didn’t realize were still there. I thought I had already worked through them, but now I see them clearly, and it’s allowing me to heal and integrate them.” — Lily
“The spiraling and circling movements feel so good in my body, and I actually look forward to doing them. I can feel my body creating more space, and it’s feeding my soul in a way that I didn’t expect.” — Kristin

This is a rare opportunity to experience a private, in-person face reading over the course of the weekend.

The origins of this movement form were channeled by Ting Ting during one of the most challenging periods of her life — the movements came through as if a divine gift, and she was simply the vessel that received them. The breath carries a yogic essence, scientifically proven to reset the nervous system. The movements work intrinsically with Qi energy, though the structure is not traditional Qi Gong. And the way energy flows through the body — it is a dance. Many students describe GuanJing as the best of Yoga, Qi Gong, and Dance. It is all of it and none of it at the same time.
👋 I’m Ting Ting
the founder of GuanJing Method
In 2019, after years of teaching successful retreats and trainings in Bali, I moved to LA… and nothing landed. My classes were empty, my savings drained, and I fell into a deep depression. The practices that once gave me peace felt hollow, and my body carried tension I couldn’t explain.
One day I closed my eyes, and something unexpected happened: my body began to spiral and sway. I followed it, breath by breath, and felt relief for the first time in months. I kept moving at the beach and in the park and people began to gather. They asked, “What are you doing, and how can I learn?”
That’s when I knew this was something sacred. GuanJing was born as a way to process grief and tension, to return home to the body through breath, spiraling shapes, and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Today, this practice has reached thousands worldwide through retreats, trainings, and my bestselling book.
This is what you've been waiting for….
Show up for yourself this October in Sacramento.
