This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by GuanJing Method (“GuanJing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all GuanJing Method offerings, including use of this Site, memberships, online programs, teacher trainings, retreats, live events, and digital content.
By accessing the Site or purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any GuanJing Method offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific offerings.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Health & Medical Disclaimer
GuanJing Method offerings are intended for educational and experiential purposes only.
GuanJing Method does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition. The information and practices shared through our website, programs, classes, trainings, retreats, and content are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
By participating in any GuanJing Method offering, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
You have consulted with a qualified medical professional before participating if you have any medical condition, injury, mental health concern, are pregnant, or are under medical care.
You understand that participation involves movement, breathwork, and somatic practices that may carry physical or emotional risk.
You agree to seek appropriate professional medical advice regarding any concerns related to your health and participation.
Assumption of Risk
By participating in any GuanJing Method offering, you acknowledge and understand that movement-based practices, breathwork, meditation, travel, and group environments involve inherent risks.
These risks may include, but are not limited to:
Physical exertion or injury
Emotional or psychological responses
Travel-related risks
Environmental or situational factors beyond our control
You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of your participation.
You agree to listen to your body, modify or stop participation as needed, and take full responsibility for your choices during all activities. Participation is always optional, and you are free to opt out of any activity at any time.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GuanJing Method, its owners, teachers, facilitators, team members, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your participation in any GuanJing Method offering or use of this website.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Physical injury or illness
Emotional or psychological distress
Loss, damage, or theft of personal property
Travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions
Acts of nature, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control
Actions or decisions made by participants before, during, or after participation
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GuanJing Method and its representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation, conduct, or violation of these Terms.
Third-Party Platforms & Links
GuanJing Method may use or reference third-party platforms, services, websites, or tools, including but not limited to payment processors, video hosting platforms, communication tools, social media platforms, travel providers, and retreat venues.
GuanJing Method is not responsible for the content, policies, performance, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, interruption, or issues arising from your use of third-party services or external links.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by GuanJing Method, including but not limited to videos, written materials, sequences, manuals, practices, recordings, graphics, logos, trademarks, and methodology, is the intellectual property of GuanJing Method unless otherwise stated.
This content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only, unless explicit written permission or licensing has been granted.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, teach, sublicense, or exploit any GuanJing Method content or intellectual property without prior written consent.
Completion of a training or certification does not grant ownership of GuanJing Method intellectual property. Any teaching rights are limited to the scope explicitly outlined in the relevant certification or licensing agreement.
User-Submitted Content
By submitting, posting, or sharing any content with GuanJing Method, including but not limited to testimonials, written feedback, comments, photos, videos, or social media content (collectively, “User Content”), you grant GuanJing Method a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, share, and distribute such content for educational, promotional, or informational purposes.
You represent that you own the content or have the right to share it and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
Where reasonable, GuanJing Method will credit you as the creator when using your content. You may request removal of your User Content at any time by contacting us.
GuanJing Method is not obligated to use or display any User Content and may remove content at its discretion.
Community Guidelines & Conduct
GuanJing Method is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and supportive environment across all platforms, programs, events, and community spaces.
By participating in any GuanJing Method offering, you agree to engage respectfully with teachers, staff, and fellow participants. Harassment, discrimination, harmful behavior, misuse of content, or disruption of the community experience will not be tolerated.
GuanJing Method reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, or remove participants from any offering or community space at its discretion, without refund, if these guidelines are violated.
GuanJing Method is not responsible for the actions, statements, or behavior of participants within community spaces.
Account Access & Registration
Certain GuanJing Method offerings require account registration or login credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when enrolling or creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
GuanJing Method is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any security breach or unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or violates these Terms.
Payments, Access & General Refund Policy
All prices are listed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize GuanJing Method to charge the payment method provided.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full regardless of participation, attendance, or completion of the program. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to content, services, or certifications.
Access to digital content, programs, or memberships may be revoked if payment is declined, reversed, or disputed.
Certain offerings, including retreats, memberships, teacher trainings, and live programs, may have additional or more specific terms related to cancellations, refunds, transfers, or participation. These terms are outlined in the relevant sections below and are agreed to at checkout.
Payment Processing & Chargebacks
GuanJing Method uses third-party payment processors to handle all transactions. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method in accordance with your purchase terms.
If a payment is declined, reversed, or disputed (including chargebacks), GuanJing Method reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services, content, or participation without refund.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that have been delivered in accordance with these Terms.
Retreat-Specific Terms
These Retreat-Specific Terms apply to all in-person retreats, immersions, and live events hosted by GuanJing Method. By registering for a retreat, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms in addition to the General Terms & Conditions outlined above.
Deposits & Payments
All retreat deposits are non-refundable.
Retreat deposits secure your spot and cover administrative costs, accommodations, and commitments made in advance. If a payment plan is offered, all payments must be completed in full regardless of attendance.
Cancellation & Transfers
All retreat payments are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another participant, subject to approval by GuanJing Method. It is your responsibility to find a suitable replacement. GuanJing Method is not obligated to assist in finding a replacement participant.
Any replacement participant must complete registration and meet retreat requirements prior to approval. No refunds will be issued.
Two-Month Cancellation Cutoff
Cancellations made within two (2) months of the retreat start date are fully non-refundable, regardless of reason, unless a replacement participant is confirmed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Illness or injury
Family or personal emergencies
Financial changes
Travel disruptions
Travel & Insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering illness, injury, trip cancellation, and delays.
GuanJing Method is not responsible for expenses or losses related to travel disruptions, illness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances.
Health, Risk & Liability
All retreat participants are subject to the Health & Medical Disclaimer, Assumption of Risk, and Limitation of Liability sections outlined in these Terms.
Online Programs & Teacher Training Terms
These terms apply to all online programs, virtual trainings, hybrid programs, and teacher trainings offered by GuanJing Method, including but not limited to Master Your Movement and the GuanJing Method Teacher Training.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms in addition to the General Terms & Conditions outlined above.
Enrollment & Participation
Enrollment grants you access to the program content for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Participation requires personal responsibility, consistent engagement, and completion of any outlined requirements.
You are responsible for managing your time, attendance, and participation throughout the program.
Payments & Refunds
Some online programs and teacher trainings offered by GuanJing Method have limited capacity and require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.
By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that:
Your spot is reserved specifically for you
The deposit represents a commitment to participate
The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of attendance or completion
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase, all payments for online programs and trainings are non-refundable once the program has begun.
If a payment plan is offered, all payments must be completed in full regardless of participation, attendance, or completion. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal of access to program materials, live calls, recordings, or certification.
Master Your Movement – “100% Confidence” Guarantee
This guarantee means that if, after completing the full program, you do not feel confident that you possess the knowledge and movement skills required to bring yourself back into calm alignment, GuanJing Method will provide up to an additional thirty (30) days of support to help you integrate the practice.
This guarantee does not include refunds. No refunds are issued for Master Your Movement unless the program is canceled by the facilitator.
If Master Your Movement is canceled by GuanJing Method, participants will receive a credit toward a future immersion training, membership, or retreat of their choice. No cash refunds will be issued.
Certification & Completion
Completion of a program or training does not guarantee certification unless all required components are successfully completed, including attendance, assignments, assessments, and any other requirements outlined by GuanJing Method.
Certification does not guarantee employment, income, business success, or specific outcomes.
GuanJing Method reserves the right to withhold or revoke certification if program requirements are not met or if ethical guidelines are violated.
Teaching Rights & Ethical Use
Completion of a training does not grant unrestricted rights to teach, license, or modify GuanJing Method material.
Teaching rights, if granted, are limited to the scope outlined within the specific training or certification agreement. Misrepresentation, unauthorized teaching, or misuse of GuanJing Method intellectual property may result in revocation of certification or access without refund.
Conduct & Removal
GuanJing Method reserves the right to remove any participant from an online program or training for disruptive, harmful, unethical, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.
Membership Terms
These Membership Terms apply to all ongoing subscription-based offerings provided by GuanJing Method, including monthly or annual memberships.
By enrolling in a membership, you agree to these Terms in addition to the General Terms & Conditions outlined above.
Billing & Payments
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) until canceled by you.
You authorize GuanJing Method to charge your selected payment method automatically for each billing cycle.
All membership payments are non-refundable, including partial billing periods.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account portal or by contacting support.
Cancellation will stop future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to the membership until the end of the paid billing cycle.
Access & Changes
GuanJing Method reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue membership content, pricing, or structure at any time.
Membership access may be suspended or terminated if payment fails, is disputed, or reversed.
Copyright Infringement (DMCA)
GuanJing Method respects the intellectual property rights of others.
If you believe in good faith that material hosted on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice of claimed infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Notices should include all information required by the DMCA and be sent to: support@guanjingmethod.com
If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice in accordance with applicable law.
Governing Law, Updates & Contact
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which GuanJing Method operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
GuanJing Method reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the website or participation in any offering after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
