A 5-Day Challenge to Move Stuck Emotions, Rebuild Your Energy, and Feel Like Yourself Again

Your body is holding something… Tension, heaviness, emotions that never got fully processed. You can feel it, even when you can't name it.

And even when your mind is ready to feel better or you genuinely want to shift, it stays there. Because thinking about it doesn't actually move it.

Most people try anyway, with more journaling, more self-help, and more willpower. But emotions don't live in the mind. They live in the body. And the only way through is movement done with intention.

Over the next five days, you'll use simple, guided movement to help your body release what it's been storing, layer by layer, so you start to feel lighter, clearer, and more like yourself again.

From our last challenge…

There's a difference between knowing you want to feel better and actually being able to get there.

When your emotions have somewhere to move, everything shifts. You stop feeling frustrated with limitations and start to feel the joy of being in the body you’re in. Heaviness lifts and you start to feel like yourself again.

That's what this challenge is designed to do - in just 10–15 minutes a day.

Each day you'll move through a different part of the body, releasing stored emotion and tension layer by layer, so that by day five you're not just feeling lighter... you're feeling more whole.

Over five days, you'll practice movement that helps your body:

  • restore your energy instead of pushing through on empty

  • reconnect you with a sense of clarity, groundedness, and ease

    We start where most of us spend most of our time — the mind. This practice uses gentle spiraling movement through the throat and head to release mental clutter and create space to simply breathe.

    The shoulders carry what the heart has learned to protect. Today's practice brings movement into that armor by gently softening what you’ve been holding so it has room to breathe and release.

    This is where your energy either flows or stagnates. When your center is blocked, you may feel small, frustrated, or stuck in cycles of control.

  • Hips + Legs | Safety & Stored Emotion

    The hips store what we haven't fully processed. Old fear, grief, and patterns that your body held because it didn't know where else to put them. This is often the most releasing practice of the five days.
